Shipping

All items at the RSS PTA store are print-on-demand.

Unfortunately, not all items are printed in the same locations which sometimes leads to multiple shipping costs.

It takes an average of 2-5 business days to create the products and fulfill orders. Shipping times depend on product availability and delivery destination.

It is recommended to expect 14-21 days of lead time to any items.

We cannot guarantee products will arrive at any time or within a certain timeframe. In our experience, Printful has been quite good about getting orders filled and shipped in a reasonable time frame. However, again, give yourself lead time if you need a particular item at a particular time.

Returns

RSS Swag is print-on-demand and handled by the third-party vendor Printful.

Printful does not offer refunds for buyers remorse, nor on incorrect sizes. Therefore, because all merchandise is print-on-demand, anything returned would come out of the pocket of the RSS PTA.

Returns for unworn items will be handled on a limited case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend consulting with the sizing charts before making an order.

However, if there is an actual problem with an item (misprint, damage, defect), we can place a claim with Printful.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful's part are covered at their expense.
